awaken

I searched google for the galactic federation of light((paoweb.com) and tried the star seed activation. I felt very good from it and recommend it. The saying many will come but few are chosen does not mean some people are chosen at random. The meaning for me is that people self select to be chosen. The process is a decision to get up and go out and get yours. Knowing that giving of yourself tirelessly is the fastest way to get yours is the awakening to our collective interconnectedness. Don't put yourself in a limit inducing box physically or mentally or spiritually. One definition of an adult is the ability to self define. If I let someone else describe me I become voiceless. Each individual in the collective has unique attributes and the freedom to define who and what they are where and when and why they want to be. Follow your goals and dreams with a PASSION that is volcanic and unyielding. If it's God's will for you to succeed( and I believe it is), then nothing on heaven, hell, earth, pergatory, and beyond can stop you, smile from the inside out, have a blessed one, Jon

Are you a visionary?

Do you take things day by day? Do you only think as far as your present moment or your next meal? Do you find yourself spending large amounts of time replaying past events in your head? Are you stuck in the past? Do you spend a large amount of time thinking about 5, 10,20 years into the future?
Questions like these often go through peoples minds and don't get acted on enough. Hologramchat is going to be the future of communication. Imagine the day when everyone has access to hologramchat on their personal computer. Ask yourself if you are a visionary and the answer is yes if you know how to recognize a pattern and apply logical inferences to your knowledge. Live in the moment but stay aware of the whole picture and take action. Have a truly great one.

Just restyled my site www.hologramchat.com i'm looking for feedback, good and bad. I can check yours too and give you feedback as well. futuretao.com and bontao.com are two sites i have that forward to my new site also. But the main focus here is wondering what people think about hologramchat.com
On a different note i went to a memorial service today for a dear friend. I knew her briefly but in that time she always impressed me. she was a kind soul and her service was exactly like what people close to me have said they want when that time comes. I felt her looking down on us and smiling today and it felt good.

Health is wealth

Recent events have led me to believe in my convictions stronger than ever. We often don't realize what we have until it's gone. I've heard people say that health is everything and that true wealth is health. This resonates with me and I want to share a gift with my readers. The website below introduces you to a wonderful company with products that in my opinion are unrivaled. Be kind and be well.

abundance

focusing on your future and visualizing it is part of it. Most people don't make goal lists. imagine if you made a goal list and then,,,, drumroll please,,,, you put action towards realizing that dream. I've made many a list where I didn't follow through. Taking action is the key. Wishing and hoping are not the same as taking the initiative and action required to bring you towards your goal. Say you need something, put a picture of it up on your dream/vision board and that way, like advertisements, it gets into your subconscious and consciously or unconsciously you start to take a path that leads you there. This is not some magic trick where you pretend to be a genie, it's a more focused way of thinking, talking, and doing in your life. Learn what your dream is, then work towards creating it in reality. Once you know in your heart and mind and spirit that you are on your and notice I emphasize " your" path, then you will not be bothered by people who think you should do otherwise. Artists, business people, all types have to deal with the thoughts of " should I continue on my path to my dream, or should I give it up and give in to others will. Many religions and philosophies say what goes around , comes around, so in that way of thinking, if you give a lot to others and the world, you will get back also. My focus is to be the best I can be towards my family and friends and the world. I think deep down, everyone feels the same. Some people take longer or shorter paths to this realization, but I believe love and altruism are the root of our existence. I tell myself everyday that it's ok and great and will only get better. This , true or not, puts me on the lookout for positive situations. I hope that all who read this shares something today with a friend, lover, or stranger to brighten their day, oh yeah, the convention is going to rock, i'll write about my time there in the next days to come.

H20

I like water. Here's a site to check out, http://www.our-drinking-water.com/emoto-water-crystals.html

I bought Mr. Emoto's dvd and was very impressed. The thoughts we put into our water glass before we drink it, could there be something to this? I urge you to read about it and make up your mind. I also recommend you grow two plants in a two glasses of water and do your own experiment as to how much your thoughts and words may affect it all. Some say drink 8 glasses of water a day, i'm not a Doctor and I don't treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent, any disease or illness.

Relaxation

I'm not a doctor and I don't treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease or illness. That said, I have found that I feel better when I focus on health and relaxation. I've read and tried a few , including Zen, Taoism, Feng Shui, Meditation, staying active, choosing more fruit and vegetables, etc. People that I've observed that are successful and happy seem to all agree on taking some time to take care of yourself. This can be as simple as having a daily meditation, to having a quiet time each day, or setting aside a time each day to focus on your goals. I think most people's routines change as they change. I hope you find your daily routine that fits well with your intentions. Feel free to post a comment as to your favorite routine. Thanks for reading.

Gut instincts

Does your stomach growl? Does it make noise? I've tried overeating and undereating and can't recommend either. I'm not a doctor and I don't treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease or illness. That said I trust my gut. When I choose a lower calorie diet, I notice I get less sleepy. I don't eat over or undercooked meat or fish. I plan on trying out a vegetarian diet sometime in the next couple of years. Maybe i'll only do it for a year, not sure yet. I couldn't stand spinach growing up, but now it's usurped broccoli as the favorite vegetable. I found out the hard way that I don't do well with too much coffee. I lost 8 pounds this past month by adding breakfast to my routine. It's a small breakfast, maybe 300 calories to 200. It allows me to deal with eating a smaller lunch. Dinner is the main meal, somewhere between 5-10pm.
The late night eating doesn't work well with my sleep. Eating too early makes me hungry later. my latest approach is eating 3-5 small meals a day. When I say meal sometimes it's two spinach nuggets ( 150 calories) to 3-4 which is about 300 calories. I will write more when I add more workouts. Yoga has helped with relaxation and digestion. I've been slacking on the yoga so gotta get back to that. Thanks for reading.

The concept of the self or individualism

Each person has a unique journey through life. Sure we can all see similarities in movies and comedians and talking with friends and family, but in a sense, we all are born alone and die alone. How you make your decisions is very important. Wouldn't it be great if for sight was 20/20 like hindsight? How do you affect your situation? Do you have an attitude like you are a winner, loser, or forever floating in the middle? We often recognize others faults with greater repulsion if we see ourselves in them. This also works in the other way where we are drawn to others who share our strengths. Everyone that reads this, please know that you can make the right decisions to improve your life and the lives of everyone. Know that what's right for someone else might not always be what's right for you. I believe science will someday prove, if it hasn't already, that foods you are crazy for are actually better for YOU, than foods you don't like. Music that YOU like is the kind of music you should play. I could go on and on as this concept of your uniqueness can only ever be fully known by you, the witness to all your thoughts.
Focus your mind on thoughts that will draw you closer and closer to your goals until you achieve them. Great accomplishments are often described as situations where people overcame great odds to win. Any great achievement comes through a lot of hard work. I'm not talking about physically versus mentally versus spiritually. I'm talking about the learning process of trial and error. If you really push the limits to learn, you will inevitably make plenty of errors. The simple mind gets embarrassed and gives up to avoid that. The driven mind looks at an error as an opportunity for growth. Errors can be so enlightening because people usually don't get to the wins without making a lot of them.
So looking at your life and the lives of your friends and families, what can you do to help the world while also remaining true to your inner calling? The answer can be found in how you view and respond to your critics. The group thinker might say, "what is best for the bigger society?" Another person might say, " I can't really help society until I first decide what my role should be." An artist may not be able to do anything else in the world except art. Some people laugh and say you're not doing anything right until you have a group of doubters or critics. Whatever the case may be, you only get one life ( unless you believer in reincarnation and that can be debated forever). So I encourage you to make your decision to win and win big. You know what path you want in life because it's the path that stirs your soul. Best of luck to you and if you keep trying long enough you won't need any luck. Does try exist? That depends on your confidense level and how much you believe in your will. Think about it. Then do it. Your self will thank you.

The magic o f spinach

Did you know that growing up we actually did learn something from cartoons. When everyone's favorite sailor got a can of his spinach, his energy level went through the roof. As a child I never cared much for spinach. As an adult I found different ways of preparing it raw or cooked. If you want to cook it, try adding two packs of spinach to 6eggs, I cup parmasean cheese, 2 cups of breadcrumb stuffing, 1 stick of butter, mix well, make nuggets and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Add equal parts mayo and dijon mustard and walah, you have a tasty way to eat spinach.
It also goes great in salad with ranch or your favorite dressing. Another great way is to saute some olive oil, garlic, onion , salt, spinach, pepper, add, chicken and angel hair pasta with 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Whatever method you choose to get your spinach, take a moment to notice your energy level after eating it and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly suprised! Bon appetite!

new thoughts

I'm not a Doctor and I don't treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. That said, I had a remarkable experiance with a natural products company that totally rocked my world.

I was in a tough spot in 2006. I had just broken my toe and cut my ankle on the other leg. My children were dancing on my toes and I was looking for relief. I went on a journey to make a movie and met a kind hearted soul who introduced me to the most amazing products I've ever come across. Within days I was feeling better and thankful that I was done with the uncomfortable side effects of my old routine. i went to that years convention and the next years and this summer is going to be off the hook. A little birdy told me you don't want to miss this. Feel free to call me 503 927 4761 or email me at lifevibes@mac.com to get your free sample. Wishing you a energetic, joyful one, to your health and wealth,

Warm regards, Jon

interest

Did you know that what interests you is super important? When you are old and grey and looking back on your life, you will either be happy or wish you had followed your passion. So assuming it's not too late, because it's not, what draws you? Are you into books and computers and movies and healing? If so, then you probably have a lot in common with me.
Do you get joy from serving yourself or others? If you are a giver with a generous spirit , then by all means, share your gifts with the world. We are all one and we get confused when we trick ourselves to think that we are not all connected. Take some time to let people know that you appreciate them and their contributions. What goes around comes around may sound like a cliche but in fact it is the law of circle or circulation. Don't let anyone steal your joy. Don't let anyone tell you that you are anything less than a creation of God with unlimited potential. Namaste or I recognize the Supreme in you is a great phrase to remind us. Yoga, Tai chi, gardening, are good ways to get back in the groove, and don't forget music. Music ( boom boom goes your heart), is very soothing. If you are an artist then you simply can't help but to create. Don't be afraid of failure or critics because you took the courageous step to build while they only destroy. Any one can destroy but it takes a divine mindstate to build. Enjoy yourself.

If I became a life coach

Recently a trend in psychology has been for patients to go on a walk while talking instead of lying on a couch. The reasoning behind this is that the workout boosts your endorphins and gives you that feeling that lifts your mood. The main reasons people stop their fitness is either they overdue it or they get bored. Listening to a story or music on headphones can help with this. You'll forget to look at the clock and before you know it you've finished your workout. If I was a life coach, I would have my clients walk or pace with me. Pacing has always been a habit of mine when in deep thought. Bo Jackson introduced popular culture to the concept of cross training. Switching up your work out is important because if you aren't balanced in your workout then your results won't feel right.
Imhotep passed on to Hippocrates the concept of food being medicine. Our Doctors take the hippocratic oath to help us the best they can. How many us eat in a way that is good for us? How important is the timing of eating. Everyone knows not to eat right before bed or right before swimming because of cramps. Fasting when healthy can be a great feeling. Once I met a friends parents who do a juice fast once a year and though in their 70's their skin was flawless. Over eating is fast approaching the level of deaths that smoking causes. Many people eat for emotional reasons because they are emotionally numb. I think everyone should find out what their comfort food is and treat themselves to that once in a while. Some say eat once a day, some say eat 6 small meals a day. What is best for you? I'm not sure but a gut reaction is to say only eat when your stomach is hungry. A person's muscle to fat ratio is more important to me than just knowing their weight.
Is your glass half empty or full? The saying speaks volumes about how my stress level fluctuates. Focus on reasons to be thankful and give thanks often. If you say " the weather is great today, i'm thankful or I'm thankful for this meal, it makes the enjoyment increase. Everyone has been around a constant complainer and the urge they give you is to run away. Everyone has their own set of problems but how we address them is what builds character. Keep holding on to your dreams and goals and don't let anyone steal your joy. Make a plan or goal and don't let anyone, especially you, stop that.

what do you think of yourself now and your future?

I just watched a dvd called " Your Immortal Brain". www.drjoedispenza.com
Have you ever thought about how we can be our own worst enemy and our own best friend. Our self talk that goes on in the form of thought chatter really has a profound effect on us. Keep your mind on God or positivity or whatever is your highest thoughts of walking the right path. The golden rule says treat people how you WANT to be treated. So that means we will begin treating everyone with a lot more respect, admiration, open ears, and a recognition of who we all are. Eating a healthy diet is important and vital, but how many of us carry that good advice into our " food for thought" shopping. If a negative word is thought or uttered at ourselves or others, it takes 10 compliments to balance it out. Think about it and have a blessed one.
